Can I chew gum?

Gum has artificial sweeteners (and/or real sweeteners) in it, and therefore is not Bright Line Eating friendly. In addition, a key aspect of achieving the freedom of living Happy, Thin, and Free is breaking the impulse to respond to life by chewing. Although it can be difficult at first, breaking the reflexive action of popping something in the mouth when the urge strikes has tremendous long-term benefits.
