Pre-made, store-bought kombucha almost always has sugar in it, so it’s not Bright Line Eating friendly. If you can find pre-made, store-bought kombucha without sugar, it’s fine. There are tea bags called kombucha, but we haven’t been able to ascertain whether they contain sugar, so we would not recommend drinking that tea. It’s a good idea to let your brain heal first. Then apply the “four questions” before you decide to try it.
