Can I eat any cereals other than oats?

Cold cereals such as Uncle Sam, Fiber One, or Shredded Wheat are all options.

You can also have anything that’s puffed—puffed rice, puffed corn, puffed quinoa, puffed kamut.

Ground rice, buckwheat, and polenta are also acceptable options.  

Bob’s Red Mill makes a number of hot cereal mixes that can be used in place of oats—all with no added sugar or dried fruit of any kind, of course.
