Can I eat eggs?

Eggs are a protein serving for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. You can hard boil, scramble, fry, soft boil, or poach your eggs. (You can really cook them however you like.) If you’re using a frying pan, you can spray it down with an oil spray, if you like. Olive oil spray is preferred.
