Can I eat Kale Krackers?

June 21, 2017 BLE Support

Kale Krackers are primarily made of seeds, and as such should be counted as seeds. That means you would weigh 2 oz. for a protein serving, or .5 oz. for a fat serving. Note, though, that they, like all crackers, have the potential to be triggering, so proceed with caution.
