Can I have chicken broth?

October 7, 2016 BLE Support

Chicken broth can be used as a condiment (2 oz.) in cooking. Adding broth to a meal is not recommended, unless you’re sick. But if you’re sick and you want to use chicken broth at a meal as a soup base or a broth, you can weigh it at 8 oz. per serving.
