Can I have cream of wheat, cream of rice, or farina?

October 7, 2016 BLE Support

Cream of wheat, cream of rice, and farina are a gray area due to the fact they are high on the glycemic index and are quite processed. We do not recommend them as a staple in Bright Line Eating but on occasion they are fine, as long as they don’t trigger you.
