Can I have seaweed?

October 7, 2016 BLE Support

Seaweed is usually used as a condiment or a garnish.

.5 oz = 1 condiment serving

If it’s consumed in a larger quantity, it should be weighed and measured as a vegetable.

Note: there are snack packages of seaweed that are very high in salt and fat. We do not recommend them.
