Can I have taco seasoning?

September 23, 2016 Susan Peirce Thompson, Ph.D.

Do be careful with taco seasoning. Most of them have sugar. Maltodextrin is just sugar (I’m guessing at what form the sugar might take in the taco seasoning so you can be alert).
