No. Artificial sweeteners are problematic for many reasons. They hit the “sweet” taste buds, which directly trigger the addictive centers in the brain. They lead to dysregulation in blood sugar responses, throwing insulin even more out of whack, and they mess up the system that tells the brain the body has had enough to eat. For these reasons and many more, they are not included in the Bright Line Eating plan. Avoid them just like you avoid sugar.
