Can we have avocado as a vegetable?

If you are on the Weight Loss Food Plan and are struggling to lose weight, only use avocado as a fat. If your weight loss is ticking along, then avocados are fine to use as part of your vegetable serving, but limit it to 2 oz. per meal. If you are on maintenance and maintaining your weight without a struggle, then you can have 3-4 oz. per meal, counted as part of your vegetable serving.
