Can we have fennel seeds, caraway seeds, celery seeds, or star anise seeds?

While these are seeds and technically could be eaten as fat or protein in the usual quantities for nuts and seeds, they are more commonly used as spices in small amounts and can be used as flavoring when dispersed throughout a recipe. As with most other condiments, they need not be counted as part of a protein or fat serving when used as flavoring. A word of caution: some spices and seeds could cause gastric distress or worse when used in copious amounts.
