At this time, B-Life is only available on iOS (iPhone/iPad) devices. To our surprise, Android makes over 1100 devices, which mean it takes longer to build B-Life for Android. Please stay tuned!

When was the last time you successfully opened B-Life without an error message?*

Typically, an error message appears when you need to update to new version of B-Life. Please go into the settings on your phone and update to the latest version of B-Life. If you are unsure of how to do this, please do a Google search for a “how-to” video. For example, search for, “How to update app on iPhone 7.” If you click on “Videos” under the Google search bar near the top of the page, it will list the available videos to view. Once you have updated to the latest version of B-Life, close out of the application and try reopening. If this still does not fix the error message, please describe the issue below and upload a screenshot from your device showing the error message.
