Eating healthy is so expensive. How can I do Bright Line Eating on a budget?

Eating on a budget is definitely possible! You might even find yourself saving money on food by eating the Bright Line Eating (BLE) way. Purchase less expensive fruits and veggies (for example, apples and bananas are much cheaper than raspberries or exotic fruit). Non-organic food is always less expensive as well. You don’t have to eat organic fruit and veggies while on BLE. Another tip: buy less expensive protein in bulk and freeze it. Corporations that sell food-like substances have convinced us healthy eating is expensive. This is not true, and you will find that to be the case as you progress in BLE.
You may find that not eating out in restaurants will save you considerable amounts of money.
