You should definitely see your doctor, as this is not a typical side effect of weight loss or starting to eat a healthier diet. However, if you have stopped eating all packaged foods and are not adding any salt to your whole, real food, it’s possible that you could have a mineral deficiency. If this is the case, try adding some pink Himalayan sea salt to your food, using some electrolytes (you can find some that are free of all sweeteners online), or taking some magnesium.
