How can I do Bright Line Eating with recipes?

Generally, for ease of calculation, we try to have one protein serving and one vegetable serving in our recipes. That is always the easiest to calculate.  

For more complex recipes, you will have to figure out the ratio for your fat, protein, vegetables, and fruit per serving. Each recipe needs to be designed based on individual ingredients. For that reason, we recommend you keep your Bright Line Eating meals uncomplicated.
