I have downloaded the module as a whole from my computer, but I cannot access the content.

The content for the module is listed on the site under “Modules,” and everything should be accessible from there. It’s not necessary to download every single module, as it’s all available on the Boot Camp site and will not expire.

However, if you do wish to download the content in addition to accessing it on the website, that’s perfectly fine, but you likely downloaded the module as a whole in a compressed file. In order to play the videos in the compressed file you must decompress the file.

If you’re using a Windows machine, you may have to download a third party application to extract the files.

There are many programs that can do this for you, one of which is 7zip. You can download 7zip from http://www.7-zip.org/ and begin extracting the files.

Once you have downloaded the program, you can follow these instructions to extract your files:


Extracting Archive

  • Open 7-Zip File Manager.
  • Click the archive you wish to extract.
  • Click the “Extract” button on the top toolbar.
  • Click the “…” button to choose an extraction location.
  • Click “OK” to extract the archive.

From a Mac computer, double-click the zip file and the file or folder will be decompressed into the same folder the compressed file is in.
