Bright Line Eating does not recommend juicing. Juicing concentrates the fruit and vegetable sugars so they hit your bloodstream too quickly, without the buffer of the fully-intact fiber lattice network to slow the absorption. Blending causes the same problem.
In general, it’s always best to eat your food as unprocessed as possible, allowing your system to absorb and process nutrients from their most natural state. Chewing is also really important, believe it or not.
If you are in the mid-range or lower on the Susceptibility Scale and really want to include juicing or blending in your plan, we recommend that you follow the Weight Loss food plan as written for 4-6 weeks. Give yourself some time for your system to get really clean. Then, if you are feeling like you would like to try some juicing or blending, use the Four Questions (from Boot Camp Module 7-Video 4) to see how it works for you.
