I spilled some of my weighed and measured food. What do I do?

The only thing to make sure of is you don’t use your spilled food as an excuse to eat more food than is on your plan. So if you’re eyeballing when dining out, just be sure to keep your portions well within the boundaries of what you think the amount should have been. Two sayings are apropos: “Less is more” and “when in doubt, leave it out.” But in this case, I wouldn’t totally go without or you’ll get way too hungry before the next meal. So when finding a way to sub something, make sure to keep it in the right category of food and within the right quantities, as best as you can judge.
