If I’m eating plant-based proteins, how can I make sure I’ll be getting enough protein in my diet?

If you choose to eat plant-based proteins (such as beans, tofu, nuts, or seeds) you will get enough protein.

If you choose to eat animal-based proteins (such as chicken, fish, or red meat) you will get enough protein.
The point is, as long as you eat the correct serving size of either a plant-based protein or an animal-based protein, you can rest assured that you’re guaranteed to get enough protein.
