Is whey a BLE-approved protein source?

February 23, 2021 BLE Support

Whey protein is a powdered or flour-like substance and is therefore not BLE-friendly. We recommend using unprocessed dairy products such as milk, yogurt, or cottage cheese for dairy protein servings.
