I’m a binge eater. Will Bright Line Eating work for me?

Absolutely. In fact, a huge percentage of the people I’ve known to be successful with this style of eating were binge eaters, rather than grazers. Including me.

I just realized I wrote down and ate an extra serving (4 oz.) of grain. Now having eaten an extra 4 oz. grain for lunch, should I cut down on dinner?

Simply move forward and have your regularly planned dinner. If you ever find yourself off track, no worries. Pause, give yourself the permission to be human, and simply resume. You can restart your day at any time.
