Sometimes when I am out it is hard to find plant-based protein options. Any suggestions?

Put 2 oz. of soya granules, roasted edamame, roasted chickpeas, nuts, or seeds in a snack baggie and keep them with you (3 oz. if you’re male). Order a salad for your veggies and discreetly pour the contents of the baggie on top of your salad. Voila! The perfect protein serving.
