Most are BLE-friendly, but beware of any “balsamic vinegar” that appears thick, like syrup, as opposed to thin, like water. If it has the consistency of syrup, it’s not BLE-friendly. Other than that, white balsamic vinegar is fine and many flavored balsamic vinegars are okay, but some are overly sweet. Use the Four Questions module from the Boot Camp to determine whether they work for you. Also keep in mind that balsamic vinegar should only be used when cooking or as a condiment for salad, not as an additive to drinking water. Stay away from vinegar in water until you reach the Four Questions module in the Boot Camp.
