Vegetables are cooked without oil, I am assuming?

September 23, 2016 Susan Peirce Thompson, Ph.D.

I don’t pour oil on my veggies or into a pan, but I do use oil spray to coat my pans and roasting trays. If you want to be oil free, just use a non-stick pan and add a touch of water, or roast with parchment paper. I prefer organic olive oil spray.
