What do I do if I miss a meal?

If you miss a meal, you should eat as soon as possible after the scheduled mealtime. You might need to space out your meals for the rest of the day with 4 hours (or perhaps fewer) in between them so you get in your three meals for the day. We do not recommend skipping a meal, but if you do have to, don’t make up the food at the next meal by eating more—you should still eat the same amount as the food plan states and “simply rezoom” from there with your standard meals and amounts.
