I do still get thoughts of eating off my food plan, but they are pretty faint and easily dismissed. I almost never get cravings or obsessions. I’m pretty vigilant with my mind when it comes to food (there’s a video about that in Module 2), so I don’t let the food thoughts linger. Over time, they just get weaker, like the memory of someone we used to know who has passed away—with each passing year, whatever we knew of them gets dimmer. Sometimes a stronger thought will pop up and then I have to do what I’m passing along to you as part of the Boot Camp tools…I activate my Emergency Action Plan.
