What if I did not receive an email about the Initial Survey?

First, please check your email’s spam/junk folder—look for an email from Research@brightlineeating.com. If the email is not found, your email program may be blocking the BLE emails (AOL and MSN are notorious for this). We suggest adding the following two addresses to your email program’s safe sender list:

research@brightlineeating.com

notifications@surveygizmo.com

If the email is not being blocked or sent to the spam folder, please send an email to research@brightlineeating.com to request further assistance. If you write during the first week of the Boot Camp, we can check to see what is wrong and help you fix the problem. After the first week of the Boot Camp, you will be dropped from the research program and we will be unable to re-admit you.
