You are able to access the meal plan immediately after registering for the Boot Camp. After your registration is complete, you will receive an email titled, “WELCOME to the Boot Camp!!!” This email will contain the link to the Boot Camp website, as well as your login information.
Once you are logged into the Boot Camp website, you will find the meal plan documents on the “Home” tab. There is a starter list of recommended foods for the meal plan in the Weight Loss Food Plan PDF.
- Page 2 of this document will offer a list of recommended proteins.
- Page 3 offers grains, fruits, and vegetables.
- Page 4 offers fats and condiments.
This is not a comprehensive list, but rather something to get you going until you are familiar with the plan.
