There are early eaters and late eaters. No one way is right. It’s just a preference, similar to how some people like blue and some people like red. I’m an early eater. Some people in Bright Line Eating are late eaters.
If you go with the latter option, in general, and find your food is sitting like a lump in your tummy, you can move your dinner salad/vegetable option to lunch to help alleviate this issue.
Of course, try to make sure you eat within 4 to 6 hours of each meal (other than dinner to breakfast, of course).
