You may be seeing the old page from last week instead of the new form. You probably need to reset the cache on your browser. First, go to the Bright Line Eating (BLE) Boot Camp home page, and then navigate back to the “Research” tab. That should reset the page. If you still can’t see the current survey, try logging out of and back into the Boot Camp website. If the current survey is still not appearing on the “Research” page, please send an email to email@example.com to request further assistance.
