Why didn’t I get a confirmation email when I filled out a survey?

First, please check your email’s spam/junk folder—look for an email from Research@brightlineeating.com. If the email is not found, your email program may be blocking the BLE emails (AOL and MSN are notorious for this). We suggest adding the following two addresses to your email program’s safe sender list:

research@brightlineeating.com

notifications@surveygizmo.com

If the email is not being blocked or sent to the spam folder, please send an email to research@brightlineeating.com to see if we received your survey.
